We are currently seeking a dynamic, multi-talented Project Manager to oversee the effective delivery of our bespoke software developments.
If you’re a top communicator with brilliant leadership skills, this is an ideal opportunity to play a pivotal role in a fast-growing software development environment. Working closely with our super development team, the Project Manager should ensure that each client receives an exceptional experience.
Responsible for co-ordinating a number of software development projects concurrently, the Project Manager should be organised, analytical and a stickler for detail.
With exposure to an exciting scope of projects, you will work with clients across a board spectrum of industries.
Experience leading development teams within an Agile development environment is preferable, although not essential as we recognise that a great deal of project management skills are transferrable. For us, a great Project Manager is someone who can enthusiastically drive a team to deliver amazing results while developing solid connections with clients.
This is a new role and we're looking for the right candidate to start as soon as possible.
Developing detailed project development and implementation plans
Coordinating daily activities, leading SCRUM meetings and overseeing use of our team project management system
Working closely with a team of software developers and designers to ensure projects milestones are delivered on time and to an impeccable standard
Helping to define project requirements, involving user research and engagement
Communicating regularly with clients, leading progress meetings and developing effective client relationships
Scheduling development resource
Overseeing user testing and responding to changes as necessary
Producing detailed project documentation
Reporting to management on a regular basis
Proficient organisational skills in prioritising, planning, budget handling and scheduling
Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail
Analytical and critical thinking
Calm and focused under pressure
Experience of user-testing and engagement
An ability to work independently and be confident and considered in your decision making
An active interest in the technology industry
Plenty of drive, enthusiasm and bright ideas
