Stanley and Strong required a web based workflow and project management tool to enable surveyors to manage the often complex administrative Party Wall procedures.
Client Stanley and Strong is a London based firm of Party Wall Surveyors with experience in residential and commercial surveying. Working for private and corporate clients, the company primarily undertake the management of Party Wall Notices, undertaking Party Wall Surveys and negotiating Party Wall Agreements.

The Party Wall process is administration heavy; a great deal of legal paperwork is required. Stanley and Strong previously worked on a complex spreadsheet system. They required a seamless system that would simplify the admin part of a Party Wall Surveyors' role; allowing them to focus on achieving outcomes and growing their business. As well as being used by their company, SurvPal would be sold as a product and would need to be easy to operate and intuitive to a Surveyor's way of working.
Software that would be clever in its capability and functionality, yet easy to use for a range of surveyors with varying IT experience. A system that encompasses every combination of Building Owner and Adjoining Owner scenario, perfect documents that can be automatically generated by both sole traders and a team. The SurvPal system also needed to effortlessly manage the workflow process, with reminders and job tracking that could be accessed any-time, anywhere.
